The Manufacturer may at its option either replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product. Except for this warranty, Autokote Systems LLC, makes no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, with respect to any product supplied by Autokote Systems LLC, including, but not by way of limitation, the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of such product. Autokote Systems LLC will, in no event, be liable for any claim of any kind in an amount greater than the purchase price of the product with respect to which the claim is made or for any special, incidental or consequential damages. Proof of origin and purchase is required to validate any warranty claim hereunder.
